What happens if an item I have ordered is out of stock?
All items are subject to availability. Due to we wholesale the stock and the stock is changing all the time, so there will be some items out of stock when you make order.
Sometimes,  the items in your cart , but you didn't confirm in time. The items quantity will be reduced. Why? During this time, other customers are purchasing them. Suggest you'd better confirm the order in time and let's  know your new order early. Then you stilll get more  items.
After you confirmed the order and payment, if  few items you ordered have been out of stock , we will reduce the items amount (the items are are out of stock), and refund the balance to you. Because the designs are so many, so it is too hard to promise all stock is exact. Hope you understand.

When I receive confirmation once I have placed an order?
Yes, once you confirmed your order, you will get an email from system. The content of email is you have set up a new order. We will finish picking up the goods within 1~2 workdays.

Can I change my order?
Of course, you can change your order (add or delete items) before confirmation. After you confirmed the order, we will pick up the goods at once.  Till now, you can add, but not reduce items.  If you want to add some products, you have to make a new order. We will combine orders and offer you the same discount.  
Before we pick up the goods, you can cancel the order, which don't bring you any trouble. After we finished your order, you decide to cancel the order, it will bring you negative impression. if total is 3 times, we will consider to keep cooperation or not.

How can I get my package shipped to a different address than my billing address?
After you click "check out" button, it will come out  blank column of  shipping  and billing information. You can fill in relevant  information in right place. Then you will get your package even if the address are different between shipping and billing.

How long do you keep the order for me?
If you confirmed your order, but we can't contact with you, we only keep the goods 3 workdays from the day you confired the order.
If your order was ready, but you are unable to pay order in time. We are going to keep the goods 5 workdays from the day your order was ready.

 

Can I use your images on my website or publication?
A: All images displayed on this website are copyrighted to HY jewelry.  If you purchase the jewelry from HY jewelry and for selling. It is allowed to use product photoes as legal commerce. But it strictly forbid use our photoes or logo for the products which not from NJ jewelry.

If I leave the site and come back, will my shopping cart be remembered?
Yes, but you need login your account then add to cart. shopping cart products will always be retained

What form of payments do you accept?
We accept PayPal and Western Union, Bank Transfer, Money Gram,PayPal is a reliable
processing method used by customers worldwide and is an approved method of payment

Returns&Shipping Questions:
When will my order ship after payment?
We ship most orders within 2 to 4 business days, about 2~5 working days to arrive
your Country.

Where do you ship from?
We ship from HongKong China.

How much is Shipping?
Shipping is calculated at check out. Shipping rates are based on the weight,
destination and shipping method. You will have the ability to view the shipping
charge prior to checkout. Please noted that we don't take any profit from shipment.


Do you ship International Orders?
Yes, we do! We recommend checking with your local Customs Office to inquire about
any additional charges that may occur due to Duties and/or Taxes. jewelry668.com is
not responsible for any additional charges that may occur due to taxes, duties or
customs fees.

How do I track my parcel?
After we sent out your goods , we will send the tracking no. to you in the same or second day. Then you can track your parcel on "My orders" at anytime, click for details "Order Tracking". If you can't track the parcel online. Please contact express office  to check package status and send us emails to inform that. We will help you.
However, your item(s) do not arrive within our stated lead times, please contact our Customer Services  (Live Help Online) team who will be happy to help you. Please note lead times are only an approximation, as we are unable to guarantee a delivery time at the point of order.

What happens if i am out when you deliver?
If you are outside, not available to receive parcel, you should contact express company and inform  the courier/carrier send to appointed person and place by you. Otherwise, when the courier/carrier can't contact you in 3 days, your parcel will be returned automacically, and you need to pay returned shipping, You will lose a lot. (Because when the parcel retured to us , you want to get it again, you need to pay shipping cost again. ) Pls. care this. Thank you.     

What is your return policy? 
If you are unsatisfied with the jewelry items you receive, we accept returns up to
10 days after the order has been delivered to the customer. 

A return is as follows:
If you need to return an item, please contact our Customer service. We'll pay the
return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an
incorrect or defective item, etc.). You MUST include a copy of your original
invoice in the return box, as well as a note explaining why the jewelry is being
returned. All items must be returned new and unused in the original packaging. 
We will give a refund, minus shipping & handling and discounts. We charge a 30%
restocking fee on all refunds or we offer a 100% store credit (Discount coupon) for
the returned jewelry. 

Does our jewelry tarnish?
With all plated jewelry, there is a chance that it will tarnish, but if you take
care of it properly, it will last beautifully, for a very long time! Do not ever
clean jewelry with abrasives or gold or silver cleaner/polish. All it takes to
properly care for any costume jewelry piece is a few gentle wipes with a soft, damp
cloth (water only - never cleaning products or chemicals).
